Getting started with contracts

How to activate contracts with online signature and what each section is for: contracts, templates and settings.

Written by Félix Mezcua

When a client books a session, you can send them a contract from your control panel with the terms and clauses you want: the client signs it online, without having to come to your studio. That way you have all your client’s information in one place and save time.

How to activate contracts

Contracts are included in the booking service (Booking), which is part of the Manager plan. You activate it in:

Control panel / sidebar / Account / Plans.

If you’ve never activated the Manager plan, you can request the 30-day free trial from this page. If you need all of Arcadina’s services, the Suite plan is the best option.

Contract sections

In the Contracts section you’ll find three items: Contracts, Templates and Settings.

Contracts

Control panel / sidebar / Contracts / Contracts.

Here you see all the contracts you’ve created, with their status (draft, pending signature, signed), date and client. From here you create new contracts, send them and download them.

Templates

Control panel / sidebar / Contracts / Templates.

Here you’ll find your contract templates: ready-made ones, drafted with professional associations such as FEPFI, and the ones you create or customise yourself.

Settings

Control panel / sidebar / Contracts / Settings.

Here you create your digital signature, choose how contracts are numbered (and whether numbering restarts every year) and customise, in each language, the automatic emails your clients receive.
