Getting started: Client gallery

Activate and set up your client gallery in 6 steps: menu, page, settings, products, payment methods and watermarks.

With the Client gallery you create private galleries where your clients view, choose, download or buy their photos: selection, proofing, download, sales or presentation galleries. Here’s how to activate and set it up in 6 steps.

Step 1: activate the Client gallery

With the Business plan, the Client gallery is already in your website menu. You’ll find it in:

Control panel / sidebar / General / Menu.

Green icons mean the item is published. If you don’t want it to appear in the main menu, click the icon to turn it off.

Step 2: customise the Client gallery page

Click the pencil or the item title to edit it. Use the ES, EN and IT buttons to choose the language of the text you’re editing.

  • Editor: the content shown at the top of the page, such as title, text and images.

  • General: the item name and its address (URL).

  • SEO: the title and description shown by search engines.

  • Featured image: the image shown when you share the page on social media.

To see how the page looks on your website, click the eye icon in the top bar of the panel.

Step 3: review the settings

Before creating galleries, review the general settings:

Control panel / sidebar / Client Galleries / Settings.

Here you decide, among other things, how your galleries look and how search, orders, sales, selection and downloads work.

Step 4: categories and products

If you sell through your galleries, organise your products into categories (prints, wall decor, digital files, video…) and set up each product with its price and options.

Control panel / sidebar / Client Galleries / Products.

Step 5: payment methods

To sell prints or digital files you need at least one payment method, for example PayPal or Stripe (credit and debit cards).

Control panel / sidebar / Sales / Payment methods.

Step 6: watermarks

A watermark protects your photos until the client has paid: they see them watermarked in the gallery and, after payment, download them in their original format. Watermarks apply to the Client gallery, the online store and your website.

Control panel / sidebar / General / Watermarks.

Click + New to upload a watermark. You can also add an anti-AI background (lines, dots or maze) to make unauthorised use of your images harder.
