To sell your photos, products and services in your Client gallery galleries, you need to set up price lists. This article explains how to create and edit them easily.
Where are the price lists?
You’ll find everything to do with price lists in this section of the panel:
Control panel / sidebar / Client Galleries / Price lists.
Here you can view, edit and create price lists for your galleries. For each list you can see which galleries use it and how many products and packs it contains. You’ll find some lists with different rates already set up by default.
How do I create a price list?
Click the New price list button at the top right and type the Name of the new list. Choose a descriptive name so you can easily remember which products it covers. Then click Save.
The price list page opens, with two tabs: Products, where you’ll see the products you add, and Galleries in use. To add products, click Add.
The list of products and packs (Packs tab) you can add opens. You can search for them by name or filter them by Category or Lab. Select the ones you want and click Confirm.
In the price list you’ll see for each product: product, category, lab, minimum price and maximum price.
Click a product’s 3 dots to Edit price or Delete product.
With Edit price you’ll see all the product’s variants (for example, the canvas sizes, finishes and thicknesses), with the sale price and your profit. You can change the prices or turn off the variants you don’t want to sell. Click Save to go back to the list with the new prices.
Remember to click Save at the top right to save the changes to the price list.
Edit a price list
To edit a price list, go to the main Price lists page and click its name. From there you can add more products, remove them or edit their prices as we’ve seen. To rename the list, click the pencil next to the title.
Publish, unpublish or delete a price list
On the main price lists page you can turn lists on and off at any time with the switch next to the name, or by selecting them and clicking Publish or Unpublish.
A price list that is used in a gallery can’t be turned off or deleted.
To delete a price list, click the 3 dots on its row, or select one or more and use the general 3 dots at the top right. To duplicate a list, select it and click Duplicate.
See where a price list is used
In each sales gallery, public or private, you can check and change the price list assigned to it. But you can also see from the price list itself which galleries are using it: open the list and go to the Galleries in use tab.
Click a gallery’s name to go straight to it, or the eye icon to see it on your website.
