Plans: your plan, changing plan, information and cancellation

To check your plan, change it or cancel a service, go to the Account section of your control panel. Specifically:

On this Plans overview you can see which plans you have active (Business, Web, Manager or Arcadina Suite) and what each one includes, and in the Storage tab, the space you’ve used and how much is available.

As well as activating any of the 3 service plans (Business, Web and Manager), you can save money and get every Arcadina service with the Arcadina Suite plan.

To request any change to your Web, Business, Manager or Arcadina Suite plans, just click one of the Change plan buttons next to each plan.

For example, if you click Change plan on the Web plan, you can choose how to pay (monthly or annual plan*).

* With any annual plan you save on your fees: you pay for 10 months instead of 12.

If you click Change plan* on the Business plan, you’ll see all the available plans (Aperture, Exposure, Focus, Flash, Gamma and Magnum).

* If you move from a higher plan to a lower one, bear in mind that your storage (GB) also goes down. So before downgrading, make sure everything you’ve uploaded to your website fits in the storage of the new plan.

The same goes for the Manager plan: click Change plan to see all the options available.

And if you want to activate Arcadina Suite, click Activate plan to compare all the options (Pro, Plus and Ultimate). If you already have it, use Change plan to switch between them.

To cancel a plan, just click its Change plan button: you’ll find the option to cancel the plan at the bottom of the window.
