Content editor

Build your website's pages with ready-made blocks: add blocks, edit texts and images, copy content and duplicate pages.

Written by Félix Mezcua

The content editor is where you build the text pages of your website: about me, services, landing pages, blog posts and so on. You work with ready-made blocks that you drag in and then customise.

How to open the editor

Go to:

Control panel / sidebar / General / Menu.

Click the name of the page or the pencil icon. The editor opens in the Editor tab. If you create a new text page, the editor appears as soon as you save it for the first time.

Add blocks

On the right you have the block menu: over 100 ready-made blocks grouped by category (basic, texts, headings, buttons, images, services, prices, testimonials, contact, FAQ…). Open a category and add a block in any of these three ways:

  • Drag it from the block menu onto the page.

  • Click + Add at the top left and choose the block.

  • Click the + icon that appears under any block on the page.

Above the block menu you have two view buttons: Preview, to see the page without the editing tools, and Full screen. Click the same button again to go back.

Edit texts and images

Click a text and a toolbar appears on the left: bold, italic, underline, font, colour, alignment, text settings, link and text type (paragraph, heading, subheading…).

If you click an image, a similar toolbar lets you set its alignment.

Copy content or duplicate a page

Next to + Add you have the Copy content and Paste content buttons. They copy all the blocks of a page so you can paste them into another one, for example to build the version of a page in another language while keeping the same structure.

The editor doesn’t translate: you paste the content and then translate the texts yourself (or with a tool such as DeepL or Google Translate, reviewing the result).

To create a full copy of a page, use Actions / Duplicate page. Give the new page a name in each of your languages and choose whether to go straight to it.

Remember to click Save before leaving the page.
