Booking: campaigns

Group several versions of a session (for example, communion packs) so customers can choose and book them.

Written by Félix Mezcua

A campaign groups several versions of the same kind of session so your customers can choose between them on your Book page. For example, a “First communion” campaign with three packs: studio, outdoor and complete, each with its own price and number of photos. Each pack is a session type.

Create a campaign

Go to:

Control panel / sidebar / Booking / Campaigns.

Click + New campaign and complete the three steps:

  1. Basic information: title, URL and text; the reservation period (start and end date; if you leave them blank, the campaign is active from when you publish it until you deactivate it); and the session types it includes.

  2. Calendar and schedule: the days and times customers can book. If you don’t select any dates, they can choose any day.

  3. Images: the cover image and the background images for desktop and mobile. Then click Create campaign.

Edit a campaign

Click a campaign in the list to open it. In its tabs you can change everything: Session types (add more with Add or turn them off with the switch), General, Calendar and schedule, Images and SEO (title and description for search engines).

If the session type you need doesn’t exist yet, create it first in Booking / Session types and then add it to the campaign.

What your customers see

On your website’s Book page, customers see the campaign with its cover image. When they open it, they choose one of the session types, pick a day and time and pay for the booking. When the campaign ends it disappears from the page; next year you only need to update its dates and schedule.

To send a campaign to a customer, click the three dots next to it in the list and choose Send: by email, WhatsApp, social networks or as a link.
